Photos uploaded for estimates are processed to generate results. We do not sell your photos. We aim to minimize retention. Optional email sign-in is used only for authentication and service communications. Payments are processed by Polar. Contact support for data requests.

Usage analytics

We record basic usage data so we can understand which pages and features people use. This covers the pages you visit, the actions you take on the site (such as running an estimate or starting a checkout), the site that referred you, your device type, and the country your request came from.

To join these events into a single visit, we store two identifiers in cookies: a long-lived random visitor ID and a short-lived session ID. Neither contains your name or email. We do not store your IP address, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks. If you sign in, your email is associated with your activity so we can support your account.

All of this is stored on our own infrastructure and is never sold. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact support.
